These courses are published by Heppe-Smith Publishing, a trading name of VitaVerse LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Payment is taken through Link, which is Stripe’s payment and order service. For these sales Link acts as the merchant of record, which means Link takes your payment, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies. The charge on your statement appears as LINK.COM* HEPPE-SMITH, rather than coming from us directly.
What you are buying
A licence to use the course yourself. You may watch it, listen to it, download it, and print the workbook as many times as you like, for you and the people you live with.
Please do not republish it, resell it, upload it anywhere else, or share your access link publicly. The access link is how the course stays available to the people who paid for it.
Access and delivery
As soon as the payment goes through we email you a personal link to the course, normally within a minute. Every lesson plays in the browser and every file can be downloaded and kept.
Please keep that email, or bookmark the page it opens, or download the files. The link is personal to you. It is not repeated in your payment receipt, which is a separate email from Link covering the payment rather than the course. If you lose it, contact us and we will send you a fresh link.
We intend to keep the course page online indefinitely, but we cannot promise that any website lasts forever. Downloading the files after you buy is the reliable way to keep what you paid for, and we would rather you did.
Refunds
If the course is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and you will get one. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to delete the files first.
Because these sales are made through Link as merchant of record, refunds are issued by Link. Use the View purchase button in your receipt email to manage the order, or contact us and we will start it for you. Depending on where you live you may also have a statutory right to cancel, and nothing here reduces it.
What this course is not
It is education, not therapy, counseling, or medical or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. There is no live element: no coaching, no calls, no scheduled sessions, and nobody reviewing what you write in the workbook.
If there is abuse in your relationship, if you are in an infidelity crisis, or if you are frightened or thinking of harming yourself, this course is the wrong tool. Please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are. Stripe may offer to show and charge the price in your own currency. We may change prices for future buyers, which never changes what you already paid.
